as you enter your inner heart. Feel the peace of safety and
love in your heart. Listen to its yearning for peace.
Breathe deeply...Peace, Peace, Peace...
As you breathe this word feel the sense
of peace grow in your heart, filling you and the whole world.
When you are ready click on the bell
to make it ring.
Send peace to whomever you wish:
Namaste, Shalom, Shanti, Salamon, Alaikom, May the Great Spirit
be with you, Peace be with you.
When you finish carry with you the inner
bell of peace and let it ring in your heart bringing peace
wherever you go.
