Gifting of Peace
Breathe In

Breathe Out (3x)
Rest and gaze at the lotus flower. Feel
the peace emanating from it. Imagine that you are holding
the peace lotus in your hands. As it rests there, think of
someone that you need to offer the gift of forgiveness. Now
see yourself extending the peace lotus to that person as you
say in your heart:
Peace be with you, I forgive you.
Shalom, I forgive you.
Namaste, I forgive you.
Salamon Alaikom, I forgive you
May the Great Spirit be with you, I forgive you.
Shanti, shanti, shanti, I forgive you.
Close this meditation by offering your self
the peace lotus of forgiveness.
Draw it into your heart as a sign that peace and forgiveness
dwell there.
